agree and if laws were blatantly broken, he should be punished for it. but the SEC and DOJ dont go after the bigwigs, they have too much money. madoff was being called out to the SEC and DOJ for his bs for years by many whistleblowers to zero avail. they simply didnt care. he had too much money.
how long did micheal burry scream fraud? years.
so the SEC and DOJ going after nader seems a little suspicious and is obvious low hanging fruit. my position is he got sabotaged over and over again while knowing he had the goods, and reacted poorly due to his highly emotional personality and inexperience with extreme high pressure situations. and now he has himself in the crosshairs.
perfect.
that was easy.
the bigger picture are the "laws" that were broken against humanity as a whole by those who did the sabotaging of a drug that could have saved untold numbers of lives in the first place:
- amarex
- whoever is pulling amarex' strings (BPs i will assume)
- philippine govt (intentionally buried saving their celebrity)
- brazillian govt and inept CRO (remember them?)
- and yes finally the FDA refusing to admit that leronlimab is effective for covid. they saw the drug works extremely well in the first two weeks and cut it off at the balls. zero excuse for this. except cockblocking for BP. and approving remdesivir. painfully obvious.
so nader as then ceo lost his cool and crashed and burned like they wanted. that was easy.
perfect.
the end game is to STEAL leronlimab. painfully obvious.

Since there is ALWAYS a criminal more dastardly than the last, according to your reasoning, it doesn't seem we should ever prosecute anyone.
What NP did was against the law and harmed us all as well as CYDY, so the SEC/DOJ are cracking down. That is the law. If you want to let him off in your mind, that's your business, but I am glad that someone with a history of illegal deeds is finally being stopped.
And we still don't know Amarex's side of the story, so unless and until we do, we have ZERO idea what NP did or did not do in connection with it, but REMEMBER, as I keep saying, the DOJ didn't go after Amarex, they went after its leader and CYDY's leader PERSONALLY. That is very important to recognize and remember.
