There’s a difference between the insider trading that is alleged for both of the now-former CEO’s of CYDY and Amarex, and any possible collusion between them for said insider trading — and the alleged misdeeds and/or incompetence by Amarex. No one is alleging that NP colluded with Amarex to sabotage the clinical trials by failing to collect data properly (among other deficiencies).

Let’s not conflate the SEC action with the CYDY/Amarex arbitration.
