NO conflation here...Arbitration is CLEARLY different and separate...from ANY SEC investigations.
The recent departure of KK...is the start of the Amarex/NSF CYA strategy...and cutting him loose... is simply acknowledgement that he has damaged the Company. Hard for an Arbitrator...not to take the news as a negative.
