So you basically say, that if AMAREX had more time for the BLA, then the trial data, which is the basis of the BLA, would have been better? The three independent CROs which checked the BLA and the trial data do not know what they are talking about?

Do you think Cytodyn would not simply start a new HIV BLA with the AMAREX trial data and with a professional CRO if the trial and data collection was done in a proper way?

Cyrus, our lawyers and AMAREX lawyers did know that this was coming and still they pursued/ are pursuing negotiations. Basically it does not concern us, if the money comes from their (AMAREX) insurrance company from their own pockets or partly from Kaz.
