Unfortunately I have to side with Chazzle.
Amarex can argue, if NP didn't push A. to submit
the incomplete BLA, they would have come up with
clean data longer-term. Prove the contrary !
Yes, C. and A. have a deal, but both CEO's were acting in
their respective capacities to represent the two companies.
