What is NOT stated in this communication is that Cytodyn received countless assurances that the data was almost completed, just another couple weeks. This went on for months. In addition, Amarex never shared the FDA letter with Cytodyn regarding the shortcomings of the submitted data. It would appear that Nader was getting put off and was getting a lot of heat from the shareholders about the delay. Could he have been aware that if he forced them to submit what they promised, he would find out from the FDA what needed to be done?
