You are missing the point. I am taking exception to the statement you made.
I personally would rather have a max of 100 to 1 on the possible RS rather than the fear 1000 to1 brings.
Again, does it really matter if current shareholders end of with 975k or 9.75m with the authorized remaining at 1m shares. Do you really fear the 1,000 but not the 100?
Who knows if the company would use the 990m or 999m new shares if a reverse is processed. I have my opinions.
