Please understand what a REVERSE SPLIT means
Look at the history of penny stock that undertake a Reverse Split. Then do the homework required to get listed on Nasdaq.
Only ones that benefit are the holders of Series B family and friends shares.
The Series B shareholders are conveniently exempt from Reverse Splits. Read the details in the 8-K on March 25th announcing the Reverse Split approved by the 2 person (brother-in-laws) board.
It's a nice way to get rid out those loyal shareholders who will get their shares pummeled down to 1 share out of every 100 they own or pummeled down to 1 share out of every 1000 shares they own. Then the stock takes a hit on the news. Real nice!
Please stop with the Nasdaq b.s. Companies need to have at least a $75 mil market cap AND minimum $4 minimum bid price for 90 consecutive days ...to have any chance of getting listed on the Nasdaq.
in my humble opinion
cheers
