I’m pretty sure “filed” means filed, and “eking damages” means lawsuit. I can’t think of anything else those could mean. And it’s also a new claim, which would be its own thing rather than somehow shoe-horned onto the Arbitration case.

But again, I know even less about law than Craig so it’s just my opinion.
