According to the PR, it said they filed a "claim". I don't know if that's referring to the arbitration process, or a separate lawsuit. I'll leave that up to the lawyers on this board to clarify (and not as it relates to the entertainment industry, please). I'm going to assume they haven't filed the lawsuit yet because it sounds like they just made the decision to withdrawal the BLA, and I would imagine that it will take some time to get their ducks in a row for the lawsuit.
