Well, that brings me to a guestion I have. I know we have some sort of agreement with NorthCal, but to what extent I do not know. Can we find projects on our own, say in the Caribbean, without NorthCal-and would we even want to?  Is this partnership for any and all projects or just the 2 in Brazil?
