Good questions Junebug.  I suspect NorthCal will buy HIMR very soon after the AR120 is ready to roll, and contracts are signed in Brazil.  However, until that time, HIMR is a separate company which can pursue projects on its own.  It likely all depends on how long before the AR120 is up and running, and this we do not know.
