Even if NDAs in place, they aren't deals yet, and company needs to negotiate from position of power, not weakness. Hard to negotiate from a position of no shares available as a backup option. Weakness having to continually go back and request more shares. Leadership has changed. Really only Kelly has remained. Need to give new management, including the new President tomorrow, the trust to move forward. It's a no brainer to vote yes.
