if sk really has those nda deals in place there really is not that great a need for another 350 million shares? there should be a sense of urgency to get their share price up and then another 200 million increase ought to suffice.and truly they all should cut back on their exorbitant salaries and stop taking low price shares instead. maybe thats why they are keeping our price so low for the shares?
