The longer they drag it out... the MORE damage... will be inflicted on whatever is left of their tainted reputation. It's money in the bank...like a rich uncle....we'll just have to wait until he croaks....This litigation isn't helping NSF either....as they have a hand in this as well.
ANYONE looking for a CRO will be looking beyond Amarex...and NSF's boardroom is shaking their heads and wringing their hands...especially with SA on the blood trail.
