this did pop into my mind last night, Amarex might know they are 100% to blame but also know it will take years and tons of money from Cytodyn before Amarex pays the price. Maybe Amarex feels confident they can just wait them out. It is terrible they had the power to make Cytodyn into a multi billion company and also the power to wipe them out.
