If a CEO is not aware what's going on with his company he should not be in charge. I believe he was aware of NUGX and regardless that situation was handled poorly as many others. Current pps imo is a direct result of incompetence , ego , hunger for control and questionable behavior leading to ignoring fiduciary responsibility to shareholders. To clear up and justify decisions at least file 10Q's /K so shareholders have some information. Joe's words "I don't do illegal" should be a good reason to face shareholders and not be concerned of any legal action. Silence will add more questions including possible illegal activities and IP/$$$ theft.
