at this point we can affirm, without fear of being proven wrong, that in these 5 years Moscato, in addition to having done nothing and messed up, has deceived us shareholders, telling lies in order to make believe that the company is in a different situation from the real one.
It is necessary to understand to what extent his conduct was fraudulent and if so, if a possible subpoena could be productive for us shareholders.
