I tend to agree. We may be overthinking the NDA scope at this point. Normal NDA's are expressed as "We have a NDA in place, I am not allowed to give out information at this time" Not "silence".
1: It was probably thought that to much time is being put into updates and taking away from real work with so much data and info being assimilated and so few people to accomplish it.
2: The lawyers said, "Let's clean up this mess so when we do present, the slate will be clean and our reputation can start anew with the public and the FDA if possible. No promises/unwarranted expectations, just facts going forward so nothing gets dissected and manipulation comes at a minimum.
