I'm in the group who believes there is a partnersh

I'm in the group who believes there is a partnership in progress. I can't imagine a BP making an offer without insisting on an NDA for a predefined time period. Otherwise, what BP would agree to dedicate their negotiating team and lawyers for several months in the middle of a bidding war? And I don't see how it would benefit CytoDyn to drag out the negotiations given their current debt is very time sensitive. They know what they have and the potential value going forward. Neither party wants negotiations to turn into a goat rodeo.
