Ive dealt with 5 acquisitions of companies in my career . In none of these cases did an NDA restrict us to what we could announce in a PR about the products we made or services we provided. This could be a partnership instead of an acquisition but quite frankly it doesn't make sense the company can't announce normal business developments while under an NDA.... I believe the lawyers have just said "no" to any PRs for the moment
