Well, I don't know enough about this investigation stuff to know whether Joe can report anything to us or not. Even though all signs point to something bad going on such as an investigation, I'm just not sure that I believe Joe about the investigation. I don't think any investigation would limit a company from filing their financials IMHO. Regardless, here we are, the company remains dead silent for whatever reason. If Joe has the option to report the investigation, as the SEC permits him to do so, but He/Company has chosen to remain silent, then I think that says a lot. Things must be pretty bad if that's the choice they make. At the end of the day does it really matter who's choice it is? Either way, thing are not good. Obviously, the market agrees. As if things couldn't have gotten any worse, now many brokerages are not permitting the buying of GNBT stock! The day traders are the only one's providing any entertainment now. Anyways, GLTA!
