Gag Order Information (Thanks RJS for the update)

Excerpts:
"Gag Orders and Social Media
Although controversial, they also extend to social media posts. We live in the digital age where press interviews are no longer the only route to reach a wide audience.
A defendant’s ability to influence public opinion is particularly strong through the use of social media. A single tweet, Facebook post, YouTube video, or Instagram caption can spread like wildfire to a wide number of people, which may prejudice the jury.
What happens if someone does put up a post or you go against the order?
What Happens When You Violate One
When you violate any court order, you are held in contempt of the court (or contempt). The same applies when you violate a gag order.
The consequences of such may include a more stringent order, a fine for disobeying the order, or, in some cases, even imprisonment. In some situations, gag orders are a part of the conditions for your bail. In this case, you may forfeit the bail amount, get sent back to prison, or both."
Last 10-Q

Under "Item 1. Legal Proceedings." (page 57)
There are 11 pending cases listed. Some are dispute over the amount of Generex stock that is/was to be paid.
Any one of these proceedings could have triggered a Gag Order. If a Gag Order was issued because of one of these lawsuits, and the litigation is required to be included in the 10-K/Qs, maybe the only way to comply with a Gag Order is to not publish the 10-K/Qs.

Conclusion
I am now inclined to believe that Joe is in a "pickle" (of his own doing), and the "Great Silence" has been forced on him due to his past GNBT mistakes.
Since litigation can be a very slow process (the first case dates back to Dec. 2011, the rest starts at Aug. 2017), it may be a while before we get any kind of news.
