That's kind of what I am asking, Marc. Transition of power is easier, most of the time, if the soon to be former leader helps the new leader to enter into the position. If the former leader is not ALLOWED to be part of the company anymore, or if the company is forced to distance itself from that former leader, well, that is a whole other situation. Has the boat passed? Things are as clear as charcoal.
