I have had what I considered "good" conversations with Joe in the past and I would hate to think he was involved in any bad behavior. But, this is the OTC. We all know the risk. And, since the company has been quiet, it's impossible to know what the heck is going on. It doesn't seem to be fair but no matter how one slices it, this is not good. Now that we are aware that this investigation has been going on for two years and the company has been required to remain quiet, it looks even worse than what I could have imagined. I mean why the escalation by the FED's. Joe says he's not going to jail. He will abide by what they are ask to do and remain quiet. No doubt, this is in the hands of the FED's as he so alluded to. So, regardless of what anyone thinks about Joe/GNBT/NGIO, this will remain in limbo. In the mean time, folks will flip this up & down.
