I would think Joe being confident that he wasn’t involved in criminal activity is a good thing. Not that I was concerned about such.
Between Veneto and other “bad actors”, not to mention whatever is going on with NUGX trading there may be quite a number of rocks the SEC etc need to turn over.
I can think of a couple old business partners, especially those in the financing arena that may have had questionable dealings being looked at.
