If I had to guess, the poor decision to acquire a company (Veneto) that months prior had their offices raided by the FBI should obviously attract scrutiny from the SEC or other investigators. And the fault for that lays with Joe, Terry Thompson, Generex’s legal advisors, and every BOD member. Whether that’s the current issue, or the prior, I wouldn’t know. However, that was a terrible decision that caused much harm to shareholders. They need to learn from that.
