Let's get to that. The data outside of analytics by Amarex is the property of Cytodyn and comes straight from the investigators of the trials. At issue is payment to Amarex which is currently being worked out in arbitration per the Master Service Agreement. So what legal leg does Amarex have to stand on to withhold the data? None that I can see.
