Let's take a step back. I NEVER said a word about the withholding of data, I merely wondered if Amarex pushed back on NP's alleged directions to file a knowingly faulty BLA for the reasons they stated that he allegedly gave them.
This would have NO bearing whatsoever on the courts decision about the withholding of data. You're mixing apples and oranges there.
I have no idea on what grounds Amarex felt they did not have hand over the data from trials, but that has nothing to do with the BLA being filed as it was, at least not that I am aware of. But as previously stated, we don't have all of the information yet.
