It's obvious that Amarex was giving false timelines on completion to Cytodyn. Khush Dhody did so himself on several conference calls. If Nader was being told there were only a few minor things that had to be done then the FDA would have had them do the minor corrections in due course instead of an RTF. But it is obvious from the RTF letter that Amarex had done little to nothing to correct the deficiencies from January.

If that was the case I would think Amarex would have filed that as supportive of the original email. Given the email that was posted I would expect previous emails from Amarex to have stated that only a few minor details needed to be sorted.
