Once again it seems that no matter what goes wrong for CYDY (and almost everything has not gone as we were told it would for 2 years now), many here want to hold NP blameless. Maybe he is blameless here, maybe not, but there is more information needed.

Here is what, as an attorney, I would like to know: Did Amarex, after receiving emails from NP telling them to file the BLA with its deficiencies, send emails BACK to NP telling him that it was not in CYDY's best interests to do so, OR, did Amarex just cave and do it?

I have advised many clients either to take or refrain from asking me to take certain actions on their behalf that they told me they wanted me to take, but in the end, it is THEIR decision, as long as I am not breaking the law by following their wishes.

We need more information before we know what exactly happened and how it happened.
