I agree.
There are far too few details available to offer more than conjecture. My expectation is that Amarex will be compelled to turn oer a substantial portion of the data currently being withheld, that Cytodyn will have to pay at least a portion of the outstanding invoices, that neither party will look better following these proceedings, and that each will nonetheless proclaim a victory of sorts.
