Well, without more info, it's really hard to know why exactly they released those emails, however, it's possible that it could have to do with CYDY maybe trying to claw back some of the $80mm allegedly paid to Amarex and CYDY possibly claiming that the BLA failed and the fault was with Amarex. I'm sure we'll know soon enough.

We don't know what communications have transpired between CYDY and Amarex over the past few months.
