There is so, so, so, so much water under the Pandemic bridge that it is hard to see how an April 2020 decision to prematurely file a BLA is relevant to anything going on now. If Amarex said no and NP said file it anyhow, that was a year and half ago.

So who cares? You proved your point Craig, NP is a bad CEO, he is not up to your standards. He is what we have now. We all get it, we all have our pet peeves with NP but I wish you would concentrate your lawyer expertise on how we get the info from Amarex and file our BLA "NOW" not what happened a year and half ago.
