Nice to see that someone with a medical background also has found reasons for confidence by the results from the early cohorts.  No doubt many possible negative variables exist which I overlooked thru my lack of in depth knowledge, but knowing everything to date that could go right did go right is reassuring.

Great to have both sides of the trial discussed so as to temper undue optimism but also support that same optimism as not totally unfounded.
