So, I'm trying to figure this out, and it seems odd. If Amerex just did a crap job and the FDA said the BLA needs work, I would think Cytodyn would go to Amerex and tell them to fix it. At this point Amerex does not fix it, Cytodyn has little knowledge of what exactly the issue is and keeps bugging them to fix it. Cytodyn can't just jump in and fix it themselves because this has to be an independently unbiased trial. So, Amerex says "we can fix it but you need to pay in full before we do"? Or, we just wont let you get access to any of it because you have not paid in full yet? Does Amerex not understand that they are paid to do a job, they screwed it up and they are just taking their ball and going home? What the hell are they thinking?
