I don’t believe Amarex issues are FUD. Amarex seems to have failed badly and Cytodyn responded aggressively and decisively.
The statement by Dr Recknor, an exhibit in the lawsuit against Amarex, claimed very significant issues with the databases, related queries and ultimately accessibility/utility.
Amarex locked Cytodyn out apparently once Cytodyn realized there were issues.
Data is there, but not organized the way it needs to be.
