cant take what was discussed on emerging growth calls very seriously anymore. if the data is simply behind a code and is all there, great. chances are, amarex has been incompetent or sabotaging this and the data is not in a tight neat package waiting for us. chances are it will still need to be analyzed and processed which takes valuable time, which we have none of. amarex screwed us quit good here and no lawsuit is going to fix the time lost, which is everything.
