Financing would be everything for them if we had to wait as long as two years for an approval on Long Haulers. They have not said definitively that they could receive a EUA for Long Haulers. Ohm says it’s not possible. Then can we wait almost two years for an approval?
Full approval would be necessary for longhaulers. But approval could be obtained by 3Q 2022.
What the supposedly smart guys in the 13d group are oblivious to and I have been pondering for several years is the importance of the 12 year FDA exclusivity. Yes, additional patents can offer some protection but it's limited. It's why I've been saying we need trials ramping up and a push for trials after first approval for a long time. From one of the last calls or videos it's obvious Nader knows this.
When the possibility of an EUA came up for Covid it was a blessing. A free pass to obtain revenues and start new trials without starting the clock on exclusivity. The numskulls of the 13d want to ruin that by pushing for longhaulers as the first approval. Why would anyone trust them to do the right thing when they can't even think about the basics.
Of course from the last 13d call it's obvious they aren't thinking about what's best for Cytodyn but what's best for IncellDX ie. themselves.
