The 25 million shares they offered in the schedule D filing was almost certainly all they had left which is of course now 22 million. If the share price continues to rise that may be enough to get to EUA. But as I said in an earlier post a small amount of shares would need to be authorized for production.

I would have been much happier with a 50 million authorization but I don't know what near future plans are. One if the things I've been pushing is the company developing it's own distribution arm. With American Regent gone that is a possibility starting with Covid.

I may not like the amount of shares authorized but I will vote for it.
