Ok that makes more sense.
Most of the Pink current stocks are unadited..
The issue will then become if the time comes to move back to the OTCQB or higher they will have to get all the unadited financials -audited before moving up to higher exchanges whether its OTCQB ,or, if every thing goes well..NASDAQ.
The only thing about it is you will have all the naysayers(those 2 or 3 clowns at IHUB) stating "but but the financials are unadited etc..etc..
Also obviously there are still dicrepencies with the buying of the production facilities from the 2nd Q of 2020 that is most likely the root cause of this problem in the 1st place.
