This is what I received from RMHB:
The Company filed a Form 15 with the SEC to become an unaudited Company. The Company will also file unaudited reports with the OTC through June 30, 2021. Once done we will become "Pink Current". Shareholders can view MDMP, we would look just like that. See this:
