Sorry for the repeat but I hadn't read all of the posts before I replied. Anyhow, It can be used to either to delist or to be temporarily excused from full reporting requirements with the option of verified intent to return to audited fully reporting status. RMHB is doing the latter of the two and to return to fully audited status. The Company will also file unaudited reports with the OTC through June 30, 2021. Once done we will become "Pink Current".
