Of course not. There were occasional misdiagnoses of death cause before Covid and most certainly are now. Would a few doctors and organizations inflate numbers for extra money, of course. But both would be fairly rare and are no indicator of a widespread scheme. If the actual numbers are off by 500 in 664,000 deaths it is of small import.
Most of the stories one hears are rumors and outright lies to bolster an agenda. One does not need to destroy the global economy but the same people spreading these rumors are the same ones who refuse to wear masks, get vaccinated or take other precautions to reduce the spread of Covid, therefore helping to lower the economy.
As far as anecdotal stories for leronlimab. Some may be fabrications, some come from highly trusted persons and those involving EINDs and OLEs are anecdotal merely because they were not done in a trial setting. The factors that lead to recovery are backed up by scientific fact.
