I find it somewhat curious that some here jump up and down and talk all kinds of medical excruciating detail about LL and its MOA, intricacies of study design and other very scientific items so quickly resort to playing the same game 13D does when someone simply points out a few curiosities about covid stats.
Is it possible that human nature would potentially induce some people or health organizations to inflate their covid numbers if they knew they would get paid more by the government? Do you honestly think there is NO, NONE, ZERO fabrication of the numbers?
Do you call LL anecdotal stories complete fabrications? I dont. Why is one a fabrication and not the other?
What if the number was 1 in 600 or 1000? Should we destroy the global economy? No one ever considers the other side of the coin about the damage being done to the world and people by the way we are reacting and if that reaction is potentially worse than simply riding it out.
I'm just asking to look at the situation holistically from multiple perspectives and that apparently puts me in the looney camp.
