What does this mean for the stock price if a partnership is formed. I have never been involved with a company doing this.

Does it mean CYDY negotiates to get a certain % of the revenue and the partner does all the work?

Do these partnerships last a long time?

What happens to this partnership should there be a buyout down the road or is it typical for the partner company to just buy out the smaller partner?

Any other thoughts about this would be greatly appreciated to help me learn more about it.
