Most large institutional investment firms cannot invest in OTC stocks based on their own charters. Many also have limitations that say they won’t invest in stocks under 5 bucks a share. I actually agree with you it will get attention on the items you mentioned.if a BLA filing, or breakthru designation is nailed ..the interest will accelerate in the partner community . Dr Kelly mentioned on the last call those potential relationships are heating up and I believe one event will have them go for a licensing agreement with a partner…licensing and sales and marketing rights for certain indications can be extremely lucrative and could be the first step in an acquisition down the road.
