I thought the 13Ds said they don't anticipate needing discovery. On Friday, day before a 3 day weekend, they just went full board deposition notice crazy. What real relevance to the issues of the case do most these depositions have? I smell a motion for protective order coming next week by the plaintiff against the 13D defendants. Did the 13D attorneys serve all of them on Friday, the day before a 3 day weekend, in order to make it harder for the plaintiff's attorneys to oppose the depositions?
