Totally agree, although it might have been better to just catch up on submitting the delinquent 10-Qs, being forced to just concentrate on one S-1 for submission could give the company a clean slate going forward. I think one of the requirements of the Pasaca agreement is for QMC to get current, so the S-1 will accomplish that.
