Just something to consider is Pasaca was most interested in the uplisting and the offer by Quantum to SEC should create a fast trac opportunity. As well the timeline to finish the audit and submit the filings certainly would have been months away if at all. The current accountant may have been reluctant to have their financials and also come under SEC review! SEC reporting is often a liability concern for accountant's in peer reviews!
